The CO2 and CH4 fluxes at the water–air interface were measured in shrimp (Marsupenaeus japonicus) monoculture ponds (S) with feed supply and shrimp-sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) polyculture ponds (SS) without feed supply.
