- ... AIMS: To improve the efficiency of asymmetric hydrolysis of 3‐(4‐chlorophenyl) glutaric acid diamide (CGD) using a recombinant Comamonas sp. KNK3‐7 amidase (CoAM) produced in Escherichia coli.
