In this study, phenolic compounds were analyzed in developing berries of four Canadian grown sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) cultivars (‘RC-4’, ‘E6590’, ‘Chuyskaya’ and ‘Golden Rain’) and in leaves of two of these cultivars.
