... The enhancer regions of the myogenic master regulator MyoD give rise to at least two enhancer RNAs. Core enhancer eRNA (CᴱeRNA) regulates transcription of the adjacent MyoD gene, whereas ᴰᴿᴿeRNA affects expression of Myogenin in trans.
