Abstract:
This work shows that Arabidopsis EB1b and SPR1, two microtubule plus-end tracking proteins, interact both genetically and biochemically. These proteins have complex interactions as they load onto microtubules and direct polar cell expansion and chiral organ growth in response to directional cues.
