Abstract:
This report summarizes the work of the Soybean Protein Nomenclature Committee to date. Past nomenclature and the 6 proposals under consideration (5 of which are based on the ultracentrifuge behaviour of soybean proteins at pH 7.6 and 0.5 ionic strength) are briefly reviewed.
