Abstract:
A preparative synthetic method for 3-methyl-7-R-hydroxyethylxanthinyl-8-aminoalkanoic acids, potential bioactive compounds and convenient synthons for further synthetic research (synthesis of salts, amides, peptides, hydrazides, ylenhydrazides, esters, etc.), was developed. The spectral characteristics of the synthesized compounds were studied.
