Abstract:
A simple and highly sensitive Raman approach for detecting alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is developed on the basis of the conversion of fosfosal to salicylic acid via an ALP-catalyzed reaction. This method can be used for the clinical detection of ALP in serum.
