Food Pantries Integrating Eating Competence, Interest/Enjoyment in Physical Activity and Self-efficacy for Pantry Participants

Abstract:
Those visiting food pantries are at increased risk for nutrition-related health issues. The Whole Body Approach, a health promotion, non-diet program for adults who are low income, was developed targeting Eating Competence, interest/enjoyment in physical activity, and self-efficacy related to consuming, accessing, and providing fruits and vegetables to their household.
